NDIS Portal access

The aim of this blog is to help you understand the NDIS provider portal and what you need to do in order to gain access to it.

Being able to access the myplace provider portal is a great benefit when you become an NDIS Registered Provider. Once you are registered you'll be able to log into the portal and view and manage NDIS services with a participant, including:

  • creating service bookings

  • managing payment requests

  • communicating with participants.

  • making payment requests for services provided to participants

  • managing and viewing details of agreements with participants

  • viewing NDIS Plans (if the Participant has agreed)

  • viewing your NDIS registration details

  • instant messaging participants.

  • Specialist disability accommodation providers are able to enrol and manage SDA dwellings.

All of these features enable you to do business faster and easier!

The steps to get access are outlined below:

* Become an NDIS Registered Provider

* Apply for your own PRODA account. The Provider Digital Access (PRODA) provides secure access to online government services, including the NDIS myplaceprovider portal.

* Follow the steps in the link here.

* Complete 'Intent to Register' form on the myplace provider portal here

Full instructions about how to get set up with creating and linking your Proda Account to the Myplace Provider portal can be found here.
